I’m beyond excited to unveil SummerSplits, the latest addition to my OceanLove Collection which is minted and listed on Manifold with a starting bid of 0.22 ETH. This piece marks a major milestone for me: my very first drone image to be minted as an NFT.

From the moment I conceived the idea of OceanLove, I knew it would be a celebration of the ocean as seen from above. The ocean is more than just a subject to me; it’s my sanctuary and my happy place. It’s where I feel most alive and inspired. SummerSplits is the realisation of this vision, a piece that connects my love for photography, nature and the sea.

Here in Western Australia we’re fortunate to have some of the most breathtaking coastal landscapes on the planet. My goal with OceanLove is to bring these vistas to life in your imagination and heart sparking the same sense of awe that I feel when capturing them.

Behind the Lens of SummerSplits

Photographed in December 2024, SummerSplits is set against the sea floor of Bunker Bay a spot I lovingly call “the home of invisible waves.” What makes the waves here “invisible”? The answer lies in the extraordinary clarity of the water. So pristine and transparent the waves often seem to disappear into the sea, leaving only ripples of magic.

With its golden sands, glassy waters and vibrant colors SummerSplits captures the essence of summer. The image celebrates the effortless harmony of land and sea a natural design that feels both simple and profound.
